About Us
Hi there! We're Dale and Paula,
a married couple from Edmonton, Alberta, with a deep love for the mountains. Along with our son, we’ve spent countless vacations exploring the beauty and adventure that the Columbia Valley has to offer. Paula's family has deep roots in the area; her great-grandfather, Einar Nelson, settled in Brisco in 1911 and ran a blacksmith shop and a social hall. In the course of our travels, we noticed a gap in private transportation options for the area, despite its endless activities and attractions. That’s when the idea for Valley Shuttles was born.
The Team
Greg, Transportation Manager
Greg is the heart, soul, and friendly face of Valley Shuttles. You will most often see him either behind the wheel of our shuttle or out in the community supporting the Columbia Valley Rockies and other local events.
Greg lives in Radium Hot Springs and has extensive knowledge of the local communities, mountain roads, and travel routes throughout the Columbia Valley. He spends much of his time transporting guests between Invermere, Panorama, Radium, Fairmont, Cranbrook, Calgary, and surrounding destinations, helping visitors experience everything the region has to offer.
With extensive experience driving mountain roads in all seasons, Greg makes guest safety and comfort his top priority.
Greg is also one of the most friendly and considerate people you’ll meet, and he takes pride in making sure every guest has a great experience from pickup to drop-off. Chances are, if you book with Valley Shuttles, Greg will be the one welcoming you aboard, and we’re confident you’ll be happy he is.
With Dale’s sales background and Paula’s business management expertise as a CPA, we combined our skills to create a business dedicated to providing safe, reliable, comfortable, and friendly transportation services in the Columbia Valley.
Joining us on this journey is Paula’s brother Greg, our primary driver. Greg’s exceptional customer service skills and personable nature make him the perfect host to guide our guests on their adventures.
